- Take 3 eggs at room temprature
- Make ready as per taste Salt
- Prepare 3-4 tsp olive oil or any flavourless vegetable oil

- Take 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Make ready 3-4 tsp red chilli flakes
Steps to make Lasagna And Lasagna Roll Ups With Homemade Pasta Sheet:
- For red sauce - In a pan heat oil and add onions saute when get translucent add ginger garlic paste saute well then add the minced meat and cook until all the water from it dries then add salt and tomatoes again mix it very well for 3-4 minutes. Now add all the spices and mix and cook till the oil oozes out. Now add the sauces and half cup of water cover and cook till done completely.
- You can adjust all the spices according to your taste and preference. Once done taste it and adjust spices. - For assembling - mozzarella cheese or just half and half of mozzarella and parmesan or use any which you like. Take a baking dish of around 9"by 11'" then add a thin layer of red meat sauce. Then arrange the pasta layer. Then again a generous layer of red meat sauce and then shredded cheese repeat the process again until done. You can make 2 or 3 layers of it or only 1 choice is yours.
- Now add a generous amount of mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle the red chilli flakes as per your taste on top of it(optional). - For the pizza roll ups - Take a single lasagna sheet add white sauce then red sauce then cheese then the red chilli flakes and roll it. Like so make all add the sauces and cheese generously then assemble in the baking dish some sauces and cheese on top and bake on the same temperature given.
- For Baking - Preheat the oven at 180°c for 20-25 minutes and bake your dish for 20-25 mins or until sets and cheese melts. - If your are grilling in microwave then firstly grill for 10 minutes and then for 2 mins again if it's not done.(Every oven and microwave is different I am telling you the time and temprature according to mine please see and check yours while baking or grilling anything).
- If you are making on stove top cover with lid and cook for high flame for 3-4 minutes then lower the flame and cook for 15-17 minutes or until the cheese melts. - Enjoy this Juicy, cheesy melt in mouth delicacy with your family. Serve hot. Make it and enjoy it with your loved ones.
- IMPORTANT - With the same recipe and same measurement you can make veg lasagna. Choose veggies of your choice and cut it into bite size pieces.
