- Soak Kesar in hot milk for half an hour.
- Take curd and mix boiled pasta and keep it for 4 hours as it is.That way pasta will get marinated and curd will become little sour.
- Chop apple very fine. Mix chopped apple,pomegranate seeds,jaggery and cream into Pasta content with fork until everything is coated.
- Mix green chillies and Kesar milk.
- Toss very well.Place pasta bowl into fridge.
- Serve in Indian kulhad. Sprinkle oregano.
