- While water boils, add ground beef to skillet under a medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned. Remove from pan and let strain.
- With same skillet, add olive oil and toss in garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 60 seconds. Toss in onion and continue to cook until translucent.
- Toss in corn and continue cooking until both onions and corn are slightly charred. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss in butter and let melt. Just before all is melted, toss in drained pasta and mix together.

- Finally toss in cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Finish tossing and remove from heat.
