- In a skillet or pan heat it add 3tbsp of olive oil for the butter 1 small cube or it depends how stressed you are
- Add in the minced gatlic it depends… how you like I usually put 10 cloves… just dont burn it then add in the red chili pepper flakes
- Add in the diced tomato (you may or may not drain it your choice) let it simmer… i sometimes i put in a dash or two of hot sauce to give it a little kick its up to you…
- Add in cooked pasta of your choice… splash the pasta water if the sauce is thick… mix it up real good or until sauce incorporate with pasta…
- Add in the basil… i usually yhe whole leaves of basil like 12 leaves depends you're choice hahaha lol… you may chopped it or not…salt (pinch) to taste and a lot of pepper (it depends) then add in as much cheese as you want of course grated… for me if the sauce is runny i put in a lot of cheese… to thicken up the sauce…
