- Heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium flame. Add 1 tbsp of finely chopped garlic and fry it for a minute until it's rawness goes away. Add 1 chopped onion and fry it for couple of minutes.
- Add chopped carrot, capsicum, and mushrooms and cook them for about 3 minutes. (Feel free to add vegetables that you like and keep the ones that you don't like)
- Add 1tbsp salt and 1/2 tbsp black pepper powder and mix it well. Switch off the heat and keep the mixture aside.
