The ingredients needed to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. Prepare 2 seabass fillet (cut into small pieces)
  2. Get King prawns
  3. Make ready parsley (chopped)
  4. Take coriander (chopped)
  5. Make ready 6 gloves of garlic (chopped)
  6. Make ready 1/4 cup white wine
  7. Make ready 1 cup vegetable stock
  8. Take 1 tbsp butter
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp soya sauce
  10. Prepare salt & pepper
Instructions to make Seafood Pasta:
  1. In a pan, add oil, when hot enough pan fry fish until crispy and cooked. Set aside.
  2. Remove the fish from the pan, and add prawns and cook. Remove when done.
  3. In another small pot, prepare the veg stock.
  4. In another pot/pan, add oil and garlic, heat them up at the same time.
  5. When you see garlic is turning brown, add stock into the pot, and butter, soya sauce mix well. set aside.
  6. Cook the pasta.
  7. Once pasta is cooked, place them on the plate with fish and prawns, pour over the sauce and garnish with coriander and parsley.
  8. Serve.
